The Service uses third-party game data and images (e.g., IGDB). The Company does not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability, and is not responsible for impacts caused by third parties changing their services or policies.
Users guarantee that they hold the necessary rights to the content they post (reviews, ratings, etc.). Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual license to use such content for providing, operating, displaying, improving, and promoting the Service (including reproduction, adaptation, transmission, distribution, and display).
The Company may delete, hide, request edits to, suspend, or terminate accounts without prior notice if a post is suspected of violating laws or these Terms.
6 Article 6 (Privacy Protection)
Users’ personal data is used within the scope necessary for providing the Service and is appropriately protected. For details, please refer to our separately defined Privacy Policy.

The Service offers a paid plan (“Premium”) with additional features as an auto-renewing monthly subscription.
- Premium is purchased through the App Store (Apple), and payment is charged to the payment method registered on the user’s App Store account at the time of purchase.
- Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. It will renew on the same terms unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Users may cancel at any time on iOS via “Settings” > “Apple ID” > “Subscriptions”.
- Refunds are governed by the App Store’s refund policy. The Company does not directly issue refunds for payments processed through the App Store.
- The Company may change Premium’s features, pricing, or conditions for reasonable reasons. Significant changes will be announced in advance through the Service or the App Store listing.
8 Article 8 (No Warranty and Limitation of Liability)
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability.
The Company’s liability to users is limited to direct damages that conventionally occur and is capped at the total amount the user has actually paid the Company for the Service in the past 12 months, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Company is not liable for lost profits, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not apply to damages that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as bodily injury.
9 Article 9 (Service Changes or Termination)
The Company may change or terminate the Service. The Company will notify users in advance to the extent possible when making significant changes.
In the event of a major termination or significant downsizing of the Service, the Company will strive to notify users at least 14 days before the effective date.
10 Article 10 (Changes to Terms)
The Company may change these Terms for reasonable reasons such as updates to laws or guidelines, new feature additions, specification changes, security enhancements, aligning with actual operations, clarifications, or typo corrections.
If a change results in significant disadvantages for users, the Company will notify them via in-app notices or another appropriate method at least 14 days before the effective date.
Minor changes not covered above will take effect immediately once announced within the Service.
If a user continues to use the Service after a change, the user is deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms, although the Company may require an individual consent procedure (e.g., at login) when deemed necessary.
